Beech House
Care Home
Before a new resident moves in, we invest time in getting to know them—delving into their personality, interests, history, and specific needs. This thoughtful, collaborative approach evolves continuously during their time with us, ensuring the best possible care. From there, we craft a personalised care plan and assign a dedicated team, including a household lead, nurse, and support staff, who share their interests and provide care with a family-like touch. Whether offering assistance when needed or anticipating needs before they arise, our team is always there to ensure comfort and well-being.
Adam – Care Manager, Beech House
Adam joined Beech House in March 2025, bringing with him a wealth of experience and a deep commitment to exceptional care. His journey in the care sector began in 2005 as a care assistant, where he quickly discovered his passion for supporting others. After progressing to a senior care assistant and earning his NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care, Adam stepped into leadership roles that solidified his expertise.
In 2010, he became a Residential Team Leader at a large care home in Leeds, completing his NVQ Level 5 in Leadership and Management while serving as a unit lead. During this time, he gained valuable experience in implementing high-quality care practices, including Golden Care standards.
Adam’s first role as a Registered Manager began just prior to the COVID-19 pandemic—a challenging time in the sector. Despite the pressures, he successfully led the home to achieve the title of Care Home of the Year in 2022, earning an Outstanding rating from the organisation’s internal inspection team.
Throughout his career, Adam has managed a range of services, including residential, dementia, and nursing care settings. He is passionate about creating safe, nurturing environments where both residents and staff can thrive. A firm believer in professional development and open communication, Adam operates an open-door policy and is committed to empowering his team.
Adam holds two NVQ Level 7 qualifications—one in Health and Social Care Leadership and the other in Global Leadership and Coaching for Care. He is proud to be part of the Olive Tree Care family and is dedicated to upholding and enhancing the standards at Beech House.
