Kerry – Care Manager, Beech Tree House

Kerry brings a wealth of experience to her role as Registered Home Manager, with a lifelong career devoted to the care sector. Her journey through the profession has seen her thrive in a wide range of roles, from Care Assistant and Support Worker to Cook, Team Leader, Senior Carer, Deputy Manager, and ultimately, Home Manager.

With a strong foundation in supporting individuals with learning disabilities, mental health conditions, and behaviours that challenge, Kerry offers a deeply compassionate and knowledgeable approach to care. In recent years, she has focused her expertise on older adults and dementia care, bringing insight, empathy, and leadership to every aspect of her work.

Kerry is committed to creating a warm, inclusive environment where residents are respected as individuals and supported to live with dignity, purpose, and comfort. Her leadership ensures that Olive Tree Care continues to deliver the highest standards of thoughtful, person-centred care.
