At Olive Tree Care, we’re proud to have Katrina leading the team at Brailsford House. With over a decade of leadership experience in the care sector and a career that began in 2005, Katrina brings both depth of knowledge and heartfelt passion to her role.
Starting as a care assistant, Katrina has progressed through every level of care, gaining valuable insight into the needs of residents and the importance of truly personalised support. She holds a Level 5 qualification in Leadership and Management, along with a number of other professional accreditations that reflect her commitment to excellence.
Since joining Olive Tree Care in 2020, Katrina has been a driving force in fostering a culture of compassion, respect, and empowerment. She is deeply dedicated to ensuring that every resident at Brailsford House is supported to live life on their own terms. Her belief in celebrating individuality and valuing diversity is woven into every aspect of care we deliver.
Katrina leads with empathy, warmth, and professionalism, qualities that define both her leadership and our approach at Olive Tree Care.
